cool castles gave us great service and support at our recent charity event , the snow globe was especially popular with both children and adults!! Daniel was quick to respond to messages when we enquired about size of the globe and how it would fit in the space we had. We will be using cool castles again for other events during the year and i would thoroughly recommend this company

We used Cool Castles at Winchestival in our Fun Zone. They looked great and the kids loved them. Would certainly recommend.

This is the second time in the last 6 months we have used Cool Castles and we would highly recommend them! Excellent service and so easy to book. We’ve booked the under the sea package twice and also hired a second larger bouncy castle for the teenage kids and we would book them again without any hesitation! They are always so meticulous in their time keeping and the set up and pack up is so fast and discreet. Can’t wait to have another party and book with them again! Excellent value! It was larger than expected and even had snow balls inside. Set up was run smoothly and even had a wonderful lady cleaning the interior to ensure it was sparkly clean for the kids. The guy who dealt with my order was so helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with him. Nothing was too much trouble, he was considerate of our school budget so advised us on the best products. If you are looking something with the wow factor then you have come to the right place. I cannot recommend Cool Castles enough and I am a tough customer to please. Thank you to Dan and his Team for making our Christmas special.

Hired a bouncy castle from these guys yesterday and it was FANTASTIC. The Disco castle with Bluetooth speakers. Kids and adults had a fabulous time. The castle was delivered, cleaned, set up and clear instructions given along with safety advice.

When the sad time came for the castle to go it was packed up very efficiently and neatly.

Will DEFINITELY be using again and have already recommended to friends

Excellent service, excellent staff and excellent products. We hired 2 castles and the under the sea soft play equipment for our sons christening from Dan and the team and from the very first contact we knew we would be in safe hands with professional advice, quotations and contract. We were updated in relation to the weather a few days in advance of the day and Dan and the team arrived early to ensure everything was perfect with plenty of time to spare. The training, eye for Health and Safety and practical advice was second to none and all our guests loved the equipment and commented on how occupied all the children had been all day, excellent, excellent, excellent, thank you for making Oliver's day so special

We had Under the sea castle for my daughters 2nd birthday and she loved it � so much fun definitely the best castle we have ever come across. We will be in touch again great service thanks Dan.
