Sometimes you just can't beat a classic. Our classic salami is made to an Italian recipe with home reared Cornish Lop pork and Ruby beef in traditional ratios. The meat is enhanced with carefully sourced herbs and spices before being gently smoked over beech chippings. The sausages are then left to mature for 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on size.

Our marinaded pulled pork is fast becoming a classic! With the addition of honey and pimenton, this potted pork is delicious in a brioche bun with cornichons and a twist of black pepper. It doesn't need to be refrigerated until opened, making it perfect for picnics, bbq's and the store cupboard (if you can resist for that long!)

We are looking for two full time members of staff to join us at Cornish Charcuterie at Norton Barton. One full time Kitchen Assistant and one Trainee Charcutier. Ideally you will have experience in a food production environment and you must be able to drive due to our location. If you would like to know more please message me for full job descriptions.

Our summery chicken rillette is perfect for picnics! The additions of lemon oil, and cracked black pepper make this potted chicken fresh and zingy. We’re so happy to share space on the farm with The Cornish Distilling Co. not only because they are lovely, but they let us try the rum throughout its development. Over the past year Distiller Tom brought us samples to try most Fridays and we’ve tasted our way through many iterations of this truly special spirit. The final result is stupendous and was launched this week!! Tom distils the rum from scratch and we believe The Cornish Distilling Co is the only distillery in Cornwall to do so - making this genuine British rum!
