If you are still looking for Summer school holiday availability take a look at Serendipity. It doesn't have a hot tub but it has amazing views of lakes back and front. It sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 kingsize, 1 double & 2 singles) and has fully enclosed decking overlooking a lake. 1 -2 dogs welcome depending on size.
