We are a not for profit organisation (CIC) based in St Austell.

We aim to provide 'accessible' and 'cost effective' Integrative Counselling Sessions to Individuals and Couples.

Sessions are on a one to one, once a week basis.

We also offer Annual Membership for Students and Qualified Counsellor's, which provides a voluntary role to gain further Knowledge, Experience and Supervised Practice hours while working towards Qualification and Accreditation. Membership includes Insurance, so that means you don't need your own. Please get in touch for more information.

We aim to promote Mental Health and Well Being and reduce the effects of emotional distress, stigma and discrimination.

Counselling Services we provide:

*Depending on Eligibility, you may be entitled to receive funded Counselling Sessions. Please contact us to see if you are eligible*

We charge on a sliding scale between £5. 00 per hour and £45. 00 per session, dependent on income basis. Add £5 on top of the standard fee for couples.

The first initial assessment session is free.

We charge £15 per hour for Students own Personal Therapy. (Members).

Our fees reflect just the basic costs of providing our service. This includes room hire, Supervision for the Counsellor, Insurance and Basic Administration.

Our service is provided by Qualified and Trainee Counsellors, all of which have either attained, or are near completion of their Level 4 Diploma's in Therapeutic Counselling. All receive regular on-going Support and Supervision.

Counsellors Together are here to provide a safe and confidential space to discuss any issues impacting on your everyday life, day to day tasks, work and relationships.

We also Offer Events to promote Mental Health and Well-Being, as well as CPD and information leaflets.

Free Drop-in Centres and Support groups.

We also hire our Therapy room out to individuals on an hourly basis at £5 per hour.
