Young boy on the till wasn’t really nice with me, but one of the owner (I think �) was delicious, attentive and very kind with me and my partner.

Went today. fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Far better than Kaspas,,, they dont use cream to bulk up the dessert. Gelatos dont. Loved it. Will be back

We popped in last saturday as a family out of the wind and torrential rain, all I can say is wow ! The place looked fantastic ( hadn’t been since it was the last place ) it was clean , fresh , much better seating , bigger, better toilets, the staff were very friendly, we ordered a few different things that all came quickly and of great quality , the staff we so attentive , and once we had finished and were leaving I presume it was the owner said goodbye and hoped to see us again , everything was just a lovely experience so would highly recommend ! And yes we will defo be back soon !

This was only my second visit to a Creams Cafe and after the first experience, I thought I'd give it another go.I am so glad that I did. Since it has been rebranded and taken over by a new owner there is a massive change in every aspect of that place. The decor is a wow!!!!

The service is amazing in this place! The options are good, the manager and the workers are so kind, overall its such a good place to be in with good quality on everything. Would highly recommend :)

Thank you to the manager and his team at Creams! Ordered through Uber eats but order never showed (driver aparantely left order outside the door but nothing was There!) I rang Creams as there is no actual way to contact uber (after speaking with their drivers they cannot even get through to them!) and the manager suggested that I come into store and they would replace the order which I did and the fulfilled their promise. Still out of pocket for the trip and we will try to claim it back from uber (somehow). Thanks Guys!

I have been struggling to find a good ice cream/coffee shop place, and this one is definitely it! The ice cream is delicious and they also have dairy free alternatives. Excellent customer service and the premises are really stylish. I'll definitely come back here.

Came here today with my friends to give it a try because it was new and i love it! The food was amazing but what made the experience extra special was the staff member Michael! He was absolutely lovely, went out of his way to make our experience extra special! He paid a lot of attention to my son making him laugh! Great employee you have!

Best ice cream range ive ever seen .. stuck for choice!! The colors were amazing!! The layout and design of the place is awesome and the staff were very helpful including the supervisor who helped ne with my choices :) 👍👍👍

Absolutely fantastic place. I went here when it was owned by a different company and now that it has changed hands it is even better with gorgeous treats, a great atmospheare and exceptional service. Plus everything was discounted � My 2 year old niece absolutely loved it and so did my mrs! � best of it’s kind in Bristol. Highly recommend it �

It was the first time I visited Creams so I wanted to treat my family. Creams did not disappoint the host at front was very helpful sometimes a little to helpful obviously working for tips which is fair enough. But the size of the portions we all thought were brilliant for the price. It did get very popular after 6pm just befire we left with students and large groups which made it get a little louder but a lovely setting staff were great. Definitely recommend going.����

Went there tonight with someone with a severe nut allergy.



We asked politely if they could use a different scoop to the one they used with the nut ice cream, and this was rudely refused without any reasoning, especially as there were no less than 6 scoops clearly visible and clean.



We were also told that most of the gelato was "for display purposes only".



What an absolute load of nonsense. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns, if you want gelato, go to swoon near college green where they know how to treat people with basic respect!

Was passing by the City centre today when popped in and had a strawberry gelato cone which tasted a lot like Pink Bubblegum not sure what happened.

Food was tolerable yet very over priced. Our order was delivered without our drinks, and at £3 per drink we phoned to find out what happened. We were told that our drinks were to be delivered to us, yet they never were. When we rang the next day to find out what happened we were told, in very broken English, that a manager would not be in to sort the situation until Thursday... Hmm, that's either complete rubbish or shows very poor running of your establishment. Not good enough.

Food was tolerable despite being expensive. Hugely disappointed with Creams Cafe mainly due to the fact that their customer service is appalling.



They forgot to deliver my £2.75 a piece cokes initially and was assured upon phoning the cafe itself that the delivery person would return with my drinks; they never did.



I phoned them back the next day to get my drinks refunded and was told by a girl speaking very poor English that there was no manager on shift to remedy the situation and that I should phone back on Thursday.



This is either a piss-poor excuse to get rid of me or evidence of negligence within this business. No authority on shift to facilitate employees? I smell bullshit, and it isn't the bland-ass strawberry waffles I endured either.



Simply not good enough, Creams Cafe - You should either deliver my drinks or refund me for them.
