Portion sizes are very generous, you definitely get what you pay for! The food is also delicious, a must go for any dessert lover!!
I have got to admit, I have been here in the past & not had the greatest experiences but today I was extremely impressed with the two young ladies working in there! I ordered a waffle for my two young daughterβs (2 & 4) to share & asked for a spare plate & spoon if possible to split everything between them but what appeared was a really simple but lovely gesture... they cut/split the dish in half decorating the plates perfectly making my daughters feel like they had their own little special dishes which they happily polished off & mummy happily got to eat her own treat in peace no arguments over who got the last sprinkle or sweetie! Thank you x
Had the rasberry and white chocolate crepe today, was possibly the best crepe I have had made for me at Creams, much better than their competitors. Tasted amazing and would highly recommend!!!!!
Amazing desserts every time, not as busy when I come and quick order and delivered with no long waiting. Staff are friendly too.
Well the desserts we had were really nice but the customer service is not up to scratch the staff really do have I canβt be bothered attitude and really seem to hate their jobs
One toilet out of order and the other probably ought to be! Absolutely disgusting - filthy with no paper and reek of pi$$!
Sundae arrived with half the ingredients missing so had to be returned to be completed.
Double choc nut and vanilla pod shake just tasted like a std vanilla (a la McDonalds except 3 x price).
Extremely poor value for money. Big shame that Treats in High St. now closed, as they could do with the competition to up their game.
Out of the four or so times Iβve been here, Iβve never yet left satisfied, so today will definitely be my last. I would rather travel the extra mileage to Porstwood to go to Sprinkles.
Just an observation....but we decided to try you for the first time today...went in and said please wait to seated...which we did...and we were then shown to a table and given a menu. All good so far! 15 minutes late no order taken...finally managed to get hold of a server, to be told you need to order at the till!!! Sorry??? You are asking people to wait to be shown a table etc which is basically table service????
Moving on we ordered for the server to bring the order, when I asked which was which...he didn't have a clue??? And looked at me like I had asked him a hard question.
I then made the mistake of taking my youngest to the toilet, which whilst I expect it not to be prisine at 3pm I do expect not to see days old grime around taps and toilet seats....#needanewcleaner and decide on table service or Not!!! Or explain to your customers they need to order at the till...
Unfortunately this store over time has gone down hill fast! The attitude of staff is shocking, a very - we don't care attitude. The food is also now very disappointing, we ordered 5 waffles and none of them were complete waffles (see pictures). We decided after the 'not bothered' attitude of staff whilst over coming order issues not to complain as felt it was pointless! We ate what we had and left. My Dad doesn't get these problems at his local store and won't be taking us here for a treat next time he travels to visit us which is a shame.
Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. We couldn't hear what our server was saying because he just mumbled at us. It took 20 minutes for my order to arrive at the table (just a latte, not even anything fancy), by which time my friends had pretty much already finished their food. Tables weren't wiped down properly so they were just a sticky mess. Definitely won't be returning.
