Here at CrossFit Solent, we believe that Mental toughness is developed through pushing yourself beyond what you thought was possible. We all want to be able to handle stressful situations better and this class certainly delivers through fitness and hard work! Engine Rooms has a unique format where you will only find out what the workout is a couple mins before the timer starts. There could be 1 workout or 10.. be prepared for the unknown.
