What an amazing experience definitely will be having another session x

We travelled from Scotland to try this new facility as my husband suffers from nerve damage following a kidney operation and I tore my ham string at Christmas. We didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the excellent facility we encountered. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and after 2 treatments my husband had his first pain free night in 18 years and I experienced much more mobility in my leg. Following 2 further treatments today I have been able to tackle the hills of Bournemouth shopping pain free. We came to try this therapy having low expectations but have come away completely converted and would highly recommend this for anyone with similar conditions. For the price of a decent meal out for 2 we have had far better results than any other treatment we have tried.

I’m using cryolabs to help the healing process of my acl reconstruction I had 11 days ago. A couple of sessions in and I can see I have gained more mobility and the swelling is slightly reduced already. Looking forward to my next session x

I went with a friend out of curiosity and very pleased I did. Pain from an old niggling sports injury is greatly reduced. I had a nice endorphin buzz and I now feel as relaxed as if I had spent the day at a spa. I would recommend this treatment even if you don't have any ailments or injuries for the feel-good factor.

As an ultra marathon runner, I'd decided to visit CryoLabs initially back in March in a desperate attempt to overcome an on-going ankle injury in time to compete in the 2018 edition of the Marathon des Sables (reputed to be the toughest footrace on earth). Two sessions a week in the chamber from early March through to early April ahead of flying out Morocco for the race itself - I'm pleased to say that I successfully completed what was without doubt the toughest personal challenge I've embarked on to date.



Huge thanks to Ian and the CryoLabs team for helping to get me race ready + safe to say that cryotherapy has now become a regular and integrated part of my overall fitness/training regime.
