Great layout of store and easy to find what you are looking for although Customer Service.... not good at all. Staff chatting to each other, its a big store and was a busy Saturday. Did they have any Customer Service training when they started!



I did have to find a member of staff, she was called Jane and very helpful.

Well we gave curry's a second try and as soon as we walked through the door, we were approached by 2 members of staff (we didn't even know what we were looking for at this point) the manager was rude, also filed a report with head office for a couple of staff

Not at all impressed I went to look for a new vacuum cleaner now to find a vacuum cleaner you need to be able to vacuum the shop they haven't charged them up so it was not possible rubbish so I don't know what I'm going to do about buying a new vacuum cleaner ��

We bought a Sony TV in January 2016 and decided in August to have it wall mounted paying for the correct wall mounting and for the experts from Know How. Eventually two 'experts' came to fit the television. What a circus that was. Apparently Know How sub-contract to a company called Orderworld and after their 'experts' fitted the television to the wall and it promptly fell to the floor, damaging the wall, my oak floor and smashing the television we are still waiting, a week later for this to be resolved. Orderworld wont do anything until their insurance gives them the go ahead. PC World wont do anything because it is up to PC World. Meanwhile my floor and wall is a mess. We are watching a loadned television from PC World in Exeter only thanks to the really helpful manager there - the rest of them have been unhelpful in the extreme. No-one is taking responsibility for the fact that we paid PC World for a service which no-one informed us would be sub-contracted out!! Fed up and furious.

Was told my washing machine would be delivered today now told it's still out of stock and be at least another week took time off work for nothing

The last time I step into this shop. Poor service again & nothing in stock. Maybe a good idea to indicate to customers that products are out of stock. Lesson learnt.

The Customer service in here is disgusting, if the shop was packed with customers I would understand I would recommend you go elsewhere like I did. When I'm looking to spend in excess of £1500 I require a little more engagement from the sales staff.

Rubbish I brought a Samsung TV from curry's in August last year so not that old got a fault on the TV and curry's can't deal with it got to ring Samsung and send pictures to them and wait for someone to get back to me a joke brought it from curry's they should deal with it what the point of buying from curry's if you got to go to manufacture to try and get it repaired you should forget about curry's and go straight to the manufacturer and buy

Really rude know how team have a wash machine for like three weeks and it's fucked up already have loads of engineers come out and telling me there is no problem with it but I got recordings on my phone people don't go with Hotpoint

Just been stood around for ages waiting for service, was trying to buy a Samsung QE65Q7C curved QLED, with a good quality curved sound bar and a 4K blue ray player, wanted to get the full package, but staff chatting in groups of 3 or 4 was more important then a customer trying to spend nearly £4,000 in store, so we left and will be going to John Lewis.
