Not bad,only I had to wait long for the service .

I BOUGHT THIS LENOVO LAPTOP IN JULY LAST YEAR, FROM CURRYS PC WORLD IN HIGHGATE BIRMINGHAM, SINCE I'VE HAD IT, I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH IT, SO I TOOK TO CURRYS PC WORLD IN SUTTON COLDFIELD BIRMINGHAM TO BE REPAIRED ,I TOOK IT BACK ABOUT 10 TIMES IN JUST OVER 2 WEEKS,I'VE HAD 3 ANTI VIRUS'S PUT ON IN JUST 6 MONTHS & I FINALY GOT BACK YESTERDAY, I HAD A ADVENT LAPTOP BEFORE FOR 6 YEARS & I HARDLY HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH IT, I WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL BE BEFORE I'M BACK THERE AGAIN .....

Ordered and paid for a microwave on Sunday 5th March,was told would be in on Tuesdays or Fridays delivery....Heard nothing either day so popped in on Friday 10th,only to be told by 1 member of staff, 1 person from the in store warehouse and a so called floor manager they don't know WHERE my item was,and it looked like it hadn't been ordered.... So WHAT did you take my payment for....? Have since been back in today canceled my NON order and ao are delivering the same item cheaper with FREE delivery tomorrow between 7am 12am....Thanks for NOTHING.ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

Absolutely disgusted by the sales assistant that attempted to serve me today. She absolutely reeked of cigarettes and her top was not a lot better covered in bits possibly fag ash. How anyone can be allowed on the shop floor like this is beyond belief! Needless to say I walked out!!!

Will never buy anything from this store ever again, I was sold a TV as new that has been used and returned to the store and was told this by their Head Office, staff are rude, customer service is diabolical, and you can't even get to speak to a manager!!!!

No one about. Then four arrive out into shop and start having a mothers meeting with the accounts woman. The guy on the till wants to help but can't leave the till. Website says loads in store when I get there, there are none apart from the display and a damaged one. The chap who was serving me called Kiran very nice and helpful old chap, but was being called by a young manager to help people when I looked at him he asked did I need help to which I told that Kiran was helping me at the moment and he said "oh". NO discount given for display model after disinformation from website. I think that the area manager from a different location should spring into the shop with no warning and see what actually happens there. Apart from Kiran the rest should be sacked for gross incompetence. Lots of Captains and only one sailor. When I said that I have come down from Stevenage to get the machine the fat Manager with a bread told me that there are lots of the machines in Stevenage, I shold have bought one there. Bloody cheek. This will not allow me to do no stars.

I’m choosing to post this here as I have contacted customer service’s on two separate occasions, giving you more than adequate time to get in touch and discuss this but you have chosen to ignore me for 3 weeks.



I entered your Romford branch of Curry’s and after being in there for about 3 minutes was challenged by the manager of the store who was flanked by members of staff with an order to “Put it back”.. Obviously confused I replied with something like “You what?”.. to which he repeated for me to put it back, in a nice raised voice so everyone nearby could hear. He continued with claims that i’d been witnessed stealing a £1000 camera by a member of staff and to just put it back. To say I was annoyed and extremely embarrassed would be an understatement. He then proceeded to check my bag and my pockets, no sincere apology when nothing was found was offered. If he’d have come up to me and said “Excuse me Sir, can i explain a situation that I’m in and would you mind me searching you” “Excuse me, due to a complaint I need to look in your bag” to be honest, anything that was remotely professional and in question form I would have had no problem with it, I’d have laughed it off and carried on with my trip…. but it didn’t end there!



I walked away to continue with my shopping in the store, when It obviously hit me, why the hell would I spend money in here after being treated like that. So I went to leave. (I should explain something else at this point. I have Crohns Disease, a very severe case of it, I have had so many operations on my stomach the walls have broken down which has left my stomach pretty deformed. I have a large hernia on my right side, covered in fistulas and after requiring life saving surgery a few years ago, which involved leaving me open after a surgery my entire stomach is pretty unsightly. I apologise if that sounds graphic but its the only way I can explain it and may give you some credence as to why the following upset me so much.) So as I said, I went to leave. The manager stops me again and takes it upon himself to put his hands on my stomach, more accurately, I think his left hand right on my hernia and presses, asking me what it was while he had his hands on me. Again this was carried out in front of everyone in the store.. thanks for that!



I phoned customer service’s within minutes and spoke to someone who said they would pass it on to the area manager. I waited 10 days and phoned again to which I was told the complaint was sent to and being dealt with by the manager of the store, (The person who carried out the above) and that the area manager would have been copied in. I asked again if anybody was going to contact me about this and that If not I would be taking it further to which I was told ‘Give it a couple of days and if you hear nothing from us you do what you gotta do’. So here I am, in a last ditch effort, still waiting to be contacted…

If I could choose 0 stars or minus I would do. Appaling customer service rude rude staff if I did not need the item for a birthday present tomorrow I would have walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Funny enough no comments from customer services on here dealing with complaints clearly don't care about their customers.

Go somewhere else.

Honestly can't believe the incompetence. Monkeys could do a better job.

Disgusting. Had already picked the laptop I wanted by myself. Stood for nearly an hour and wasn't even acknowledged. Asked at the 'knowhow' desk and they told me to wait for someone to come to me. I gave up in the end and left. Was willing and ready to spend £500 but ended up leaving empty handed. I have always bought new laptops from this store. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
