Just wanted to give team Swindon greenbridge a big thumbs up ÿ¢§ I received fantastic customer service from Doreen when purchasing a new washing machine today . Was so nice to be greeted with a lovely smile and to have a giggle along with it !! Not often you can say you receive 100% customer service . Thank you Doreen you are a credit to your team and I will not hesitate to use this store again ÿ¢§ÿ¢§

Fantastic service from the moment we got in the store. Needed a new washing mashing as our old one had broken. Within half an hour we were on our way home with a new one.

Ordered a fridge via click and collect, went in 20 minutes later, paid for it, guy brought it out to the car.

I ordered a cooker online! I was given a delivery date and it never arrived. Called knowhow to find out why they apologies and rescheduled it for Monday it didn't come.Went in to the store and was told as I had ordered it online they couldn't help me. I refused to leave until it was sorted,The lady on customer services eventually!!! contacted knowhow.The lady at knowhow was very rude but didn't realise she was on loud speaker. Eventually I spoke to the manager who was very helpful and told me to pick a cooker from in store and he would give me discount, but it would not be delivered for another five days. Guess what it didn't come ÿ¢§ÿ¢§ yet another visit to the store for a refund. I also was told that the first cooker was never in stock,so how can they give you a delivery date.

When I brought my macbookpro I was serviced by wisdom who was funny, had product knowledge and made the shopping experience amazing making me want to come back.

However today I brought a TV and was serviced by Anthony. I felt he lacked the knowledge and didn't give me the same service as before. Also when I was entering my card pin he checked his phone making me feel unimportant.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely rubbish. The wrong team were booked to install our new washing machine. The machine was delivered but the delivery guys refused to install it. They then lied to us when they said that they had rearranged installation with the correct team for the following morning. Waited in for a second day only to find out that they'd lied and installation had been arranged!!! They didn't even take away the old machine, they just ran off as quickly as possible. Unacceptable! Team Knowhow - I don't think so. Customer service were worse than useless. If you choose to buy from these guys consider getting someone else to do the installation. I'm now left with 2 machines, neither one plumbed in and working, and have to wait 11days for installation. That's a lot of inconvenience and visits to a launderette!!!



Update - I went in to the Greenbridge store to speak to the salesman responsible for this mess and he basically washed his hands of it! Can't even take any responsibility for your mistake. Shameful. And to be clear this wasn't any spotty youth but a grown man who was boasting about his years of experience when he was making the sale!!! Clearly doesn't care now! Disgraceful.

What the hell is wrong with this store?? (Swindon) a few months ago i spent over 1k on a pc to get home and there was no sound and speakers were not provided. had to go back next day to buy speakers. a few weeks after that we decided to buy a second pc, again over 1k to get home and there was no lead to plug in the monitor to the pc. had to go back the next day to purchase one seperately?? today go to buy a laptop over ôÈ700 to get home and there is no charging lead in the box??? why oh why is there always problems with this store?? not had a good experience yet!

Went to try some noise cancellation headphones. Music being played had awful quality, very soft on BOSE, very loud on SONY - so unable to compare. Asked 4 members of staff who were chatting and was informed that the stand was faulty and the guy looking after it was off today - they could not even lower the volume of the music for me. Wouldn't have been better to approach the customer (me) without waiting till he realises that something is wrong and ask for advice? The store was empty BTW, not peak time.

Finally, there was a noticeable amount of **ear wax** in the BOSE headphones - just disgusting.

How can you expect people to choose Currys over online shopping?

Went in to pc world today to buy several large items, ended up going elsewhere for them. None of the staff knew what they were doing, they didn't understand the products that were apparently in their department, and to be honest I don't think any of them were above the age of puberty. Sort it out pc world!

No the shop but delivery service is bad waited in all day with delivery slot 2 till 6 phoned at 5 and was told its on its way phoned at 7 to be told delivery is now on Wednesday so why was i not told terrible service

If I could choose less than one star I would. What an absolute disgrace the store manager is at dealing with customer service and complaints. We bought a fridge from the greenbridge store and have since had countless difficulties with it resulting in us receiving a new fridge which has broken withing 3 months bringing yet more countless phone calls and another new fridge. We have returned from yet more inconvenience of having to go again to store to choose another fridge to be told there is nothing they can do and they can only offer the same fridge that we have no faith in. No apology for any of the inconvenience caused and a blasûˋ attitude towards them not being able to provide a fit for purpose fridge for our family. Over a year of trying to get a fridge that works properly and we are no further forward. Very dissapointing experience that will leave a bad taste for some time if we ever get this sorted!

Don't ever go into Currys thinking the sales people can help you! Bloody useless, I've now got to go back in again today for the fourth time to now buy another hob! Delivery people been out twice and can't fit the hob because we weren't told of the height clearance needed for a five hob. We also never had advise on the electrical fitting on the oven. So now the delivery/engineers have to come out again for a third time. Not to mention the two days wasted of my time for the engineers to come, and now got to book another day for them to come! Can't fault those guys though they've been brilliant. The whole cock up is down to Currys store, and the lack of knowledge the staff have. Even though (after speaking to 3 different salespeople ) I was supposedly speaking to someone who knew about ovens and hobs! Bloody disaster, and still not finished. Only ordered end of October, might have it in for Xmas!!
