Feb 1999 we opened a bike shop franchise in the Dolphin Centre, (1st floor) Action Bikes. 20 years later we have moved just outside to a smart new shop. During our time there have had many ups and downs (I could write a book !) but we still love what we do. In the last 2 years here we have run bike maintenance courses, taught a number of adults to cycle, help a few people loose weight and gain fitness. Thanks to everyone for your support, retail has had challenging times of late, but with Electric bikes, Gravel bikes and MTB's we are enjoying some exciting times.

I must put pen to paper and set out a positive review for this place.

Spent what was for me a small fortune on a new fully carbon giant defy advanced 1 a couple of years back. After a few months i noticed a strange sound and took it in to Cycle paths to have a look. They informed me theyd found a crack in the frame. Without any quibble whatsoever they arranged for a brand new frame and then fully assembled it at no cost.

Ive taken it in for a service the last two years as i do tend to run the bike into the ground and I must say the mechanic there, Matt, knows his stuff. Each time its like riding a new bike again. The service is extremely good value and if you need parts they dont seem to sting you.

I have absolutelg no connection to this shop whatsoever but i do know good service when I see it.

Would thoroughly recommend.

Having recently collected my new Giant hybrid I have to say that the service at Cycle Paths is second to none. I decided to purchase extras for my bike at the last minute and there was no fuss when I asked if they could fit them on to the bike. Sales and Service par exellence. First ride out today and not disappointed with my choice.

Got a new Giant Trance X 29er a couple of months ago and love it, very helpful staff, Big thanks Ray, Jean, Steve and Joe for being patient with me while deciding what I wanted!
