I am a qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I trained at the leading clinic in the South West, The Clifton Practice.

I am a father of 2 and have 15 years experience of working directly with young people and their families. I have supported many people in a variety of settings such as Youth Clubs, Connexions, Youth Prison and Schools. I have a genuine passion for understanding the needs of others and helping people to overcome difficulties that we all can struggle with in life.
This drive and determination has now lead me to train as a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with The Clifton Practice (the leading hypnotherapy clinic in the South West).
I like to help people understand how the brain works when we struggle and use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to break the negative cycle that any of us can find ourselves in.
This safe and powerful method allows us to understand how the brain works, how to regain control and we will always focus on finding the solutions rather than exploring the problem.

- Initial Consultation (1 hour) - £10
- Following sessions (50 mins - 1 hr) - £40 each
- Anti-smoking session (1. 5 - 2hrs) - £70
The number of sessions needed will vary, for example: treatment of phobias would usually require 3 sessions, treatment of anxiety or depression may require 8-10 sessions and anti-smoking usually will require 1-2 sessions.
