Day 8 - Sweet potato and cauliflower curry + erm a glass of wine 🤫🤭

Finishing day 7 with a 🌈Rainbow salad + sparkling water. Poured Neil a really nice glass of wine last night + served up slices of birthday cake 🍰 while I drank water 💪🏼 Though I was this close to swiping a digestive 🍪 out of a kid’s hand today 🙈

Day 6 breakfast. Oh my oh my - Mango + Turmeric Bircher ☀️ School drop off, 5 mile run with the Dory then some peaceful writing today for my wonderful children’s yoga teaching client. Beats my old sweaty tube journey any day. Turned the corner on the @eatrainbereboot this morning. So chuffed that I stuck at it even when Neil decided to start drinking gin + tonics all weekend when he normally drinks bloody squash 😍

Day 5 - Struggle Buggle #eattrainbereboot Thai green fish curry for dinner but I didn’t get a nice pic. Look at these amazing sweet potato + black bean burgers though from yesterday. Just 😋😋😋 Today was HARD - went to bed all cocky thinking I was going to wake up feeling amazing. That’ll happen tomorrow though right? 🙂🤫 I haven’t cheated once. 💪🏼 No gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine or alcohol for 5 days. 4 to go ⏳

So, you know when you finally sit down at night, (for me that's about 9pm after I've cooked, cleaned, bathed the kids, put them to bed and read those really gripping Biff & Chip books (my kids now see the book choosing as a game and see who can come home with the most boring ones ever. It's not funny)
.. so then you put your hair in a pony tail, take your bra off and make a cup of tea (don't pretend you don't do that) and think 'oh balls, I haven't posted on social media.. a...gain) so you go on and just browse aimlessly, and before you know it, your time's up and you just wasted your only good hour or so to yourself.
Well.. what if you did things differently. What if you had a plan and you knew exactly what your goal was for your marketing at the beginning of the week and you spent Sunday evening or Monday morning, writing the posts, making sure they all led to the right links and directed new clients and customers through your perfectly formed funnel/journey.
Then spent just a few minutes each day engaging with your perfect hashtags and then in that hour or so, you got to read a book or watch a film or watch the last Marcella like I did last night, without even having to pick up your phone.
