Dawn Breakers Description
DB is suitable for anybody - please get in touch if you're not sure about any aspect of it.
Cost is Β£155 for a 6 week course. 5 workouts per week, all a little different, covering:
CORE STRENGTH
ENDURANCE
STRENGTH
COMBAT
AGILITY AND FUNCTIONALITY
if it sounds a little scary, it really isn't. Anyone can do it, and EVERYONE that does will lose weight! Please look at our pictures for evidence of local people who have made a BIG difference in a SMALL amount of time!
Our results speak for themselves. If you're serious about losing weight and getting in shape, there is truly no better, or faster way to do it!

It's a bit hotter than it was! So you really need to be concentrating on your water consumption. Yes we know we go on and on and on about it. But it's only because it's important and because we really, really, really, care about you. π§βπππ€£
Last week we shared info on healthy snacks that you could get when you were out and about. These are ones that you can get for your cupboards at home! ππ
Thinking about cutting carbs? Basically, it's a no no. The Boss says "A balanced, healthy, sustainable diet is, and always has been, the way forward." Need help with your diet? Talk to your instructor, they are here to support you. It's what you are paying them for! ππππ₯π₯¨

"So DB11 will be last Dawn Breakers course for a little while π’. I have kept it very quiet but as well as my retained (on call) firefighter application, Hampshire has been recruiting for wholetime firefighters (full time) π©π»βππ. I decided to apply and was 1 of 900 to do so, there were 4 stages through the application and today I found out (after passing every stage) I have been success...ful and have been offered a position to become a wholetime firefighter π₯°βΊοΈ. I am so excited and happy, I have worked so hard and I am so relieved itβs paid off, but I am also terrified!!
On the 24th of June, I will start 16 weeks of intensive training, which will be physically and mentally demanding π¬. I know I will love every second but itβs going to be the toughest experience of my life (even more so than some of DB's crazy sessions π). I have a final fitness assessment and medical to go but all going well I will begin my career as a firefighter end of Juneπ©π»βπππ₯. I honestly couldnβt have dreamed of being in this position this time last year, many of you have been on this journey with me but I have to say a massive thank you to FiFi Bee as Dawn Breakers has been life-changing for me. I will hopefully make a return to DB after my training but that will be my main focus for those 16 weeks βΊοΈππ»πͺπ». I have a lot of hard work ahead of me and letβs hope I get there π©π»βπ."

Some of you did marathons, some of you did park runs, some of you did OCR training, some had healthy picnics in the park, some of you went out and partied with other Dawn Breakers, the Boss met the Hulk and Josh pulled a boat!! What a weekend!!! πͺπͺπͺπππ
