Redesign with huge planting areas completed in Locks Heath for a couple of keen horticulturalists. It’s a new build property so there was just a tiny patio outside the back door with poorly laid, sloping lawn throughout.
We’ve extended the paving area, stripped the turf and excavated all poor soil and rubble. Created a raised, level, oval lawn surrounded in Purpeck rockery to retain the soil. A sloping stepping stone path leads out to the rear and some large borders prepared with excellent top soil and organic conditioner.
Distinct lack of colour and texture but the customers are keen to do all planting themselves so might have to pop back in a month or two to see it lush and full of colour!
