Went in yesterday to have my varicose veins done, was really nice to be treated by great staff who looked after me from start to finish and explained every thing very well, and would like to thank everyone who helped in the operating theatre and the lovely lady who did my op. My daughter went back up today to fetch some stockings for me and the staff was checking that I was okay. Thank you all again xxx

User

Went in today 7th Dec for a double hernia operation. Was treated extremely well before during and after the operation. Would recommend to anybody who needs surgery to go here as all the staff are extremely wonderful and helpful. A big thank you to all the staff and wishing you all a merry Christmas. Thank you for looking after me, carry on doing the wonderful job you do. You all do a great job, thank you very much.

User

Very efficient, lovely staff both on reception and in x-ray: very welcoming. I was really impressed! I'm from the north and have recently moved to the area, things seem so much more efficient here. Long may it continue :-)

User

Such a great atmosphere, its big and airy and the staff are so friendly, they certainly put you at ease

User

Lovely place the staff are so helpful they take the best care of you and so clean

User

Just had a tooth removal carried out under sedation today. I explained to the nurse Karen that I was anxious of the sedation itself due to never having had this in the past. She was fab at explaining the whole thing to me and I was pleased she took the time to do this. Karen also apologised for the noise (due to construction work taking place)and she apologised for the waiting time. I can not fault this place in anyway and am so happy I was referred here.

User

Just got home from my hernia operation this morning at Devizes treatment centre.

User

I have to be the most anxious person ever when it comes to having anything dental done. From the minute I walked in the door of the treatment centre to the minute I left I was made to feel so welcome and at ease. I would like to thank everyone who was involved with my treatment especially I think her name was Ann (or Amy) who cared for me and showed such kindness before I went in, also Sue who held my hand in the treatment room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has any anxiety issues regarding any treatments. If Carlsberg made treatment centres...............

User

I had some dental work here and all the staff from the receptionist through to the Consultant were so lovely and kind. Everything was explained clearly and aftercare was great too.

User

I had my sterilisation here and so glad I did. Very nice staff, professional. The place was very clean and welcoming. After care was fantastic and if ever need any surgery again would love it to be done here. Parking was free too which really helped.

User

I had an endoscopy yesterday and I suffer with bad anxiety so was terrified. The nursing staff and doctor were so friendly, calmed me down and made me felt like everything done was my decision, unlike other hospitals where they tell you your having it done their way! Very very pleased and thankyou so much for getting me through it

User

I attended the Treatment Centre yesterday for some Dental work. Highly professional Staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, courteous, considerate, and quick. Also, very hygienic premises.I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you all, once more. Much appreciated. X

User

I am petrified of dentists but the staff here are so friendly. I had a procedure done here yesterday under conscious sedation and everyone put my mind at ease. Can't fault the staff or the care and service they provide!

User

I am a very nervous patient due to lots of procedures of investigations for various things. I was having my wisdom tooth removed on 5th June and had it done with a conscious sedation. I was still really nervous but the staff were really friendly and great. I remember having the sedation but nothing else. This is great for me as that’s what I needed. All the staff are caring and friendly and helped me to relax and have the wisdom tooth removed. Thank you to all the staff that was with me that day especially Chloë she was chatting to me about lots of things making me feel at ease and the staff in the theatre (sorry can’t remember names) but they all made me feel at ease. Thank you. If any treatment needed again would be choosing there and will recommend you as well.

User

Had an arthroscopy on my knee yesterday. Staff were lovely. The nurses were very caring and made sure I was well looked after. Theatre staff very pleasant and efficient. All very prompt but not rushed in any way. Thank you all.

User

Had a palmar fasciotomy under general anaesthetic yesterday.Extremely anxious patient(and they do say nurses make the worst patients!)...

My nervous husband was kept informed by very helpul and polite staff, and I managed to remain calm as all the staff was confident and competent...I felt absolutely in the best of hands from beginning to end in a very clean and efficient environment...

Thank you all xx
