Devonshire Counselling Practice is owned and managed by Jane Trask and is currently located in Shebbear, which is a small secluded village between Holsworthy, Okehampton and Bideford in North Devon. There is ample private parking, with quiet and confidential rooms to discuss whatever is bothering you.

I have helped people with addictions, anxiety and stress, depression, relationship breakdown and bereavement, family or relationship difficulties, low self esteem, work related stress including bullying, major life changes and feeling unable to cope, and many other issues.

I understand that asking for help can be a big step and one that takes courage, and while I will support you to find a way through your current distress, I won’t tell you what you should do or tie you into a lengthy contract. I will value and respect you for who you are and will never judge you.
