Hanna Reitsch and Melitta von Stauffenberg were courageous, ambitious women who fought convention to make their names in the male-dominated field of flight and witnessed some of the most extraordinary scenes of the Second World War - from the 1936 Olympics and the Berlin Air Club to the Eastern Front and Hitler's Bunker.
