Welcome to DKnine Fitness, my name is David Kyle.
We are "Over 30's Body Transformation Specialist" and Personal Trainer here in Southampton, and the surrounding areas.
Since 2013 I have been helping 100’s of Busy Women just like you transform their bodies and lives. Taking Busy Women who are fed up of feeling tired and bloated all the time and avoiding their favourite clothes.

Our aim is to improve your fitness and health by offering fun and enthusiastic personal training sessions in Southampton.
All of which is supported with nutritional advice to help you achieve your health and fitness targets.
All equipment is provided for our services which are available at a time and location that suits you best.
Finally here is my story, this is NOT something I wanted to do but…
The whole point is to share my stories and help others with what I have come through.

Life takes over
The kids are growing up fast
The years are flying by
... Then you jump on the scales
And you can’t believe what it is saying

This tracks your food
No calorie counting
No starving yourself or being told what you can and can’t eat
Just a simple mindset trick that keeps you focused on what you eat
Step 2: Get Hot & Sweaty
Weight loss is really just Calories in v Calories out
If more calories go out then come in
Then weight loss happens
So to make sure you can still have the odd takeaway or glass of wine
We do some sort of exercises that get you hot and sweaty

I have 2 of almost everything
From water bottles to battery packs for my phone
Because the last thing you want is to be out of battery on your phone and your battery pack is dead too
... And it’s just the same for your food when it comes to staying on track
