Dreadfully Good - Dreadlocking & Mattlocking

Get your hair dreadlocked here for less.

My aim is to give people the dreads /matts they want at a cheaper price than they would have to pay at a salon.

I have heard many bad stories about people who have gone to a hair salon to get dreadlocks /mattlocks only to leave disappointed with the results at the hands of a hairdresser who has no idea what they are doing. And on top of that, they have been been charged hundreds of pounds for the privilege! I want to change that.

I am continually trying to improve my technique and take the art and statement of dreads /matts seriously.

The following are my prices. They can't be beat!
•Short (above shoulders) - £50
•Medium (shoulder length) - £60
•Long (mid back) - £70
•Extra thick hair + £10
•Neaten and tighten - £40

It can take between 3 to 8 hours, give or take. You may need to have it done over the course of 2 days, depending on both our availabilities as well as length of your hair.

Hair ideally needs to be about 8 inches or longer for me to dread /knot, but at a push we can start with hair as short as 4 inches.

Bear in mind, you will lose 1 /3 to 1 /2 of your hair length once finished.

I am self taught and work from home, hence the price.
