Nurture Package
for frazzled, stressed Mums
Let the candles, gentle music and aromatherapy oils whisk you away for some relaxing ‘me time’. Includes a combination of relaxing massage, meditation, colour and Metatron healing.

Tension Ease Package
for muscular aches and pains
A deep massage concentrating on the back, neck and shoulders to loosen tight muscles and break down nodules. Combine with foot, hand or scalp massage, Reiki or Metatron healing to really relax those tense areas.

‘Happy to be me’ Package
for emotional support and balance
Enjoy a guided meditation, colour therapy and Metatron healing. Together we can look at any issues holding you back in life and where you are holding these blocks in your body. Meditation techniques and positive affirmations can give you the tools to use at home to complement your healing session.

Teen Time
for older children and young people
Treatments can include a relaxing back massage; meditation; colour and Metatron healing.
Teenage years can be filled with fun and excitement but for many children it is also a time of exams, revision, peer pressure and major life changes …… and the stress and anxiety that these bring. ‘Teen Time’ provides valuable one to one attention and time out from demands of school life, whilst helping to de-stress, relax and balance hormones and boost energy.

Spirited Souls
for younger children
With the use of mindfulness games; coloured bears and play, young children can enjoy the benefits of healing. Treatments have a very calming effect and regular healing can be beneficial for children with hyperactive tendencies, helping them to slow down and develop calmness within that can assist them in staying focused. Treatments may have benefits for nervous children who need help building self-confidence and can also be extremely beneficial for children with behavioural or emotional difficulties.

Kids in the Moment

Colour Healing
Colour is all around us; it affects our mood; energy and chakras. Colour is an amazing gift in our lives. Using colour silks; crystals; Colour Mirrors; Metatron Energy Sprays and my Chakra bears for children, I use colour to help balance your chakras and energy.

Reiki
An energy transfer treatment enhancing the whole body, clearing energy blockages and inducing a deep state of relaxation and well-being. I channel Usui and Karuna Reiki energy to enable your body to heal itself – physically, mentally and emotionally.

Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness help us to be calmer, more aware and be truly present in the moment. This can reduce stress and anxiety and help us to ‘respond’ to situations in our life rather than just ‘react’.

Swedish Massage
A combination of massage movements to ease tense and aching muscles, and to relax or invigorate mind and body.
