A group of Level 3 Public Services learners spent a wonderful day at Solent University where they got involved in the Outdoor Adventure Employers Fair! It was a fantastic time for the students to get a feel for university and the different pathways available to them. They heard from alumni guest speakers and employers, and found out about apprenticeships, volunteering and work experience opportunities open to them. Lots of freebies too!!

Our beauty therapy learners had the privilege of having an expert from leading skincare brand, Dermalogica providing a day of specialist training sessions, presentations, workshops and even a competition! Becky Titchner, who started her career with a Level 2 Beauty Therapy course, was an inspiration to our students. After qualifying, Becky worked in salons before taking her skills abroad. Back in the UK she moved into education and our learners benefited from her passion for Dermalogica's products and the brand's personalised approach to skincare.
