We had a wonderful wonderful day at the Spa (a great gift idea from my daughter to me for Mothers day). We were greeted warmly by the staff and shown around all the different areas so we knew exactly where we were going. My therapist was lovely, very informative and knowledgable - I was told everything I needed to know about the treatment I was receiving and the facial itself was just out of this world. My skin glowed for days! I would highly recommend the spa day - a wonderful day of heavenly relaxation.

We couldn’t have had a better day. It was wonderful. Treatments were great & the staff were so keen to make sure that we enjoyed our day. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel all facilities staff was superb felt very comfortable in the surroundings and the area for a few days break is great golf cricket in season retail areas hotel facilities well done The Hilton will be back sue Marchant Basingstoke Hants ���

Spent the day on 27/4. Lovely facilities and helpful friendly staff. Thanks to Kirsty for looking after me - muscles massaged, lovely facial and revitalising pedicure (the feet are now summer ready, just need the sun). Would definitely come back.

Second visit today was thoroughly enjoyable. More facilities were in working order today. What makes me want to return is the quality of your treatments and the lovely therapists. They really do their job with a smile and effort. This spa and therapists are the best Ive found locally.

My husband and I came here to stay at the Hilton for our Anniversary and wanted to make the most of our stay by relaxing in the spa, Everything was booked by the manager Kate who did a fantastic job.On arrival we were greeted by a lovely therapist who booked us in and gave us a tour of the spa.The spa itself is lovely and inviting with a fab little cafe where they served lunches and afternoon tea, the food looked so good and they certainly had lots of people enjoying them.

The pool is not massive but perfect for relaxing by and the outdoor sun terrace and whirlpool was perfect.

The waiting area for treatment is a real treat lovely seating areas to relax and read a magazine, plus a small room with relaxing pods which are fun.

My facial was beautiful and my therapist was very professional from start to finish.The spa is very clean and modern with lovely changing rooms.

I will be back with my girlfriends for a spa day, thank you all for making our break so relaxing and feel so special

We had bought a Dreamtree voucher and sometimes you can find that you are treated differently for not paying full price but this was not the case one bit.



From the moment we arrive to the moment leaving the staff could not do enough to help us and make our day so special.



Our 1 hour treatment was so good I booked a further back massage for the afternoon. The standard of treatment was incredible.



We had lunch in the cafe. There was a bit of a wait but it was addressed and we were compensated but not being charged for our drinks. A very kind and well received apology.



The changing rooms and spa area was incredible clean and of a high standard.



The spa area was out of this world and we enjoyed the variety of what was on offer. The outside on a day like today was out of this world.



So in a nutshell we will be returning and will be spreading the word about how amazing the whole experience was. The staff, the facility, the treatments it was all just first class.

I just had an amazing spa day, full body massage and facial and afternoon tea. So many areas of relaxation I did not want to leave. All the staff were polite and helpful. I will be back for sure, especially as I now know I can come and use the facilitates for the day for £25.00! If I was to give a small recommendation it would be that drinks could be ordered to be brought to you in the spa, pure relaxation. I started the day with the aim of feeling relaxed I left (reluctantly) feeling like I was floating. Thank you

I have been here a few times in the past few years. I think it is a fantastic spa, very relaxing. We went during a school holiday day time and it was not too busy at all. People had reserved beds even though signs said we shouldn't, however a member of staff did come round and remove all towels and robes off of them. But as people had left books and magazines I didn't feel that I could sit there still. There are plenty of places to go to relax though, so I actually didnt feel like I even needed a lounger. Unfortuantely the outside hot tub stopped working during our visit but as there is an inside one I didn't find this a problem. All rooms were clean and my treatment was amazing. I didn't ear in the spa cafe this time due to a bad experience previously so can't comment there. Definitely worth the money we paid for it. Plenty to do and helped me relax and feel chilled, before returning to reality!

Had the most perfect day as I took my mum here for her 70th birthday x the staff were lovely and Kirsty who did our treatments was brilliant - we both had a half hour massage and half hour facial and it was amazing - so relaxing- the tea was faultless and again the cafe staff superb. The facilities here are wonderful and we had the weather in our favour so managed a few hours sunbathing on the terrace

Came today with three friends for a birthday spa day. It was absolutely perfect! Every area of the spa was lovely and clean. The treatments were very professional and really enjoyed by all. Facilities were brilliant especially the outdoor area. Food and drink all lovely. Will defiantly be back xx

We were met by very friendly staff that took the time to show us all the facilities available for us to use. They are very professional in making sure the water was right with regular checks throughout the day. The sauna probably could have been a bit hotter with the option of making the air a little moist. The steam rooms were very good as was the Hydrapool and spa.

The young girl that did my full body treatment was very good and seem to know what she was doing. The only down side was that I am a large male and the dressing gowns seem to be one size fits all. Well they don’t.

The cream tea was nice but we had to ask for herbal tea instead off been offered the choice.

All in all we would go again but I will take my own dressing gown next time.

I have been twice now. The spa area and facilities are good. 2 things were out of order. The foot spa and a steam room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The therapustcwas great. The only thing that lets this spa down is the cafe. We were booked in for afternoon tea at 3pm (3 people). There were also other people there at this time. Yet none of our tables were ready. We were not given a choice of tea and we had to ask for teaspoons. As these are booked in advance I would hope the cafe team would be ready for when people arrive. There were only about customers yet there were dirty tables. It is such a shame as I really enjoy this spa and hopefully things will improve

I went to the spa for a hen do with 2 friends. Firstly the huge negative of the smell of poo in the reception area & immediate corridor. We smelt it as soon as we arrived & it was there all day. We addressed it at the end of the day to be explained no one knows what the problem is! Not the staff's fault but for a Hilton it's not what I would expect. Plus you have to walk through the reception to get to the cafe & through the corridors to use the changing rooms/toilet, couldn't really get away from it. Please sort this! Staff were very helpful when booking and couldn't fault them on arrival either. All 3 of us enjoyed our treatments and the spa is very nice; outdoor section was our favourite but indoor was just as nice. Not a massive pool but great to relax in. Changing room was clean & plenty of space (lockers need instructions!!). We had afternoon tea which was ok but for a Hilton hotel I didn't expect to be served french fancies which were clearly shop bought. The cafe is quite limited in what it serves & my request to drink Archers & lemonade seemed to be more than they could cope with; every time I asked for it they had to send someone to get a bottle of lemonade from downstairs! We had 2 friends join us for afternoon tea at 4 & we all felt we were being rushed by the staff. We couldn't see anywhere that stated their opening times & no one mentioned that they were closing. A great day but could have been better with no smell & better service at the cafe.

On initial look me and my friend were both impressed and excited to use the facilities. We got changed and decided where to start! While using the facilities we noticed not everything was working. We both tried to foot spas and mid way it stopped and emptied out then was out of action for a while. Then we noticed others using it and the other one was empty?! After a good old catch up in the sauna we were peckish and went for some food. In the morning before we visited I did notice others have said facilities are nice but food was bad.. so openly minded we went in it much choice but that's fine as we didn't mind however for what we ordered two open sandwiches we both said when they arrived we thought the value for money vs quality was bad. I stated on my salad and then went to go and eat my sandwich and was mortified to find mould on my bread! Instantly I took it back to the till and they said sorry and rolled her eyes and said I'll get you another one but from seeing this it make my friend check her sandwich all over and it out me off my food even thou I was getting a replacement. Other than a sorry I was not offered a refund or goodwill geasture! For a hotel with a global reputation I was shocked with the food. I would go back to use the facilites hopefully things will be fixed but food I will not be eating here again!

Terrible service. They cancelled our spa day the morning of the spa day due to sickness. Unfortunately due to shift work we can’t rearrange. They offered a refund but couldn’t offer us to come in anyway and use spa facilities and have our afternoon tea ( just minus treatments) or any other offers or the inconvenience. Don’t book, completely unreliable, don’t can’t about their customers.

I normally love this Place, the treatments are top Notch and staff lovely . Except yesterday , first they lost my stuff , failed to give him slippers, and messed up our couples treatment which was the purpose of the visit as it was my birthday and our first spa day togther . instead we had them independantly and spent hours apart . They didn't even apologise or offer compensation and my treatment felt really half arsed too , plus both him and I reacted to the face products as they didn't test them. It was only a good day because my partner stayed positive throughout and was lovely . Disappointed to say the least .
