You will achieve your care certificate with the option to go one and gain a Diploma in health and Social Care.

Eleanor Nursing and Social Care have been providing care since 1979 and are a elite provider for the Borough of Poole and Bournemouth.
Experience is not essential as full training is provided. Her are just some of the fantastic advantages and benefits we have to offer: - Excellent Rates of Pay. Carers are paid for the full time of the visit. - £8.75 week day's £9.00 week ends - Senior carers £9.00 week day's and £9.25 week ends. - Millage allowance of 30 pence per mile. - Bus passes provided for none walkers, so a driving licence is not essential. - Our carers do not spend most of their time travelling to and from clients homes. We have a team of Coordinator's who are dedicated to ensuring run's are kept with in a close facility of each other. So no travelling from Poole to Bournemouth to carry out a call.- Flexible hours to suit.Weather it be Full time, Part time, Evenings or Weekends. - Career development. Eleanor Care promote progression with in their employees. All of our office team including our Branch Manager have all started as carers with Eleanor Care and progressed, the sky really is your limit. Qualifications. All carers are offered the opportunity to gain a Diploma/NVQ level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care. - Rewards. Each month we have Carer of the Month. We always acknowledge our carers who have gone the extra mile in providing exceptional care. Each carer is awarded with a Framed Certificate,a Trophy they can take home and a Bonus in they salary. -Team nights out. Our last night out was at Poole Grey Hound Racing.Where we had a 3 course meal and a flutter on the dog's. This was a great night and we are all about having fun!!
