Energetix offers fun and confidence building dance classes, from ages 3 + . Based in Coleview.
Energetix Academy Description
Energetix offers Performing Arts classes from ages 3-21. We offer a range of lessons, from Baby Ballet to Senior Street and Jazz classes.
Our focus is to concentrate on the enjoyment and confidence building of our students, which can sometimes be lost in the pressure of exam taking.
We recognise that there are plenty of students (adults and children) who want to take classes, purely for enjoyment, without having to worry about moving up classes, grade by grade. This is what Energetix has to offer.
Classes are taught by Abigail Upfold and are set in age groups. We welcome anyone that has a passion for performing, regardless of how much previous experience they have to offer.
As students progress, they can move up age groups, to give them more challenging choreography to tackle!

adult beginners tap is great fun. I've never done any form of dance classes growing up and the class is mixed ages which is great as there are different learning paces. Specialy me with not ever doing tap before. I'm glad I decided to take up tap.
I love my classes here! After 2 years out of dance for health reasons, this was the perfect place to come back to! Fun and rewarding classes with a supportive teacher! �
Brilliant!! Katie is fantastic with the youngsters, my daughter loves her and loves the class! Highly recommend!
Amazingly patient - Abbie was able to help us prepare for a special first dance. Classes were well structured and paced according to our progression. Highly recommend!
