Not sure what it is or how it can help you? An infrared sauna works by heating your body rather than the surrounding air so it’s a much more pleasant and relaxing experience than a conventional sauna.

The sauna heat is adjustable so if you are sensitive to heat we can lower the temperature, gently increasing it when you feel you’re ready or keeping it low if you prefer. You’ll still benefit.
A 30 minute session in the infrared sauna is equivalent to a moderate workout and will burn an impressive amount of calories while you’re sitting and relaxing!
Our sauna is made to very high standards in the UK and is rated nil EMF* and ELF** output at skin level and is exceptionally safe to use. Infrared therapy is used in some hospitals to treat new and premature babies and the US military use it to treat soft tissue injuries.
Pricing 1 person - £10 for 30 minutes (£5 until 31st May) 2 people - £15 for 30 minutes (£7.50 until 31st May)
If you feel you would benefit from regular sessions, we will have monthly options available which will be more cost effective on a long term basis.
No need to strip off, just wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a towel.
Infrared saunas aren’t suitable for everyone. People with artificial limbs, metal implants, haemophilia, very high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, adrenal suppression, some cancers and people taking medication on a regular basis should consult their doctor first. Saunas aren’t recommended for pregnant women.
