Europcar Bristol Airport

No problems what so ever collecting the car and although there was quite a queue waiting for their hire cars at Bristol the staff got through them quickly and they were very friendly and helpful even at 11.30 pm. The car was perfect and was met by a member of staff when we arrived at the drop off point so no waiting, would definitely use Europcar again

Very efficient at the reception, get through the queue fairly quickly. As well on the return. Very good price. Understand what everyone is saying about the temporary car park, but it's the same for all rental companies.

£8.33 worth of fuel missing in a Fiat500 costs £175 manpower handling!

I am speechless

The temporary car park is woeful. You could definitely hit or scrape the car just trying to get out of the car park. Definitely get your own additional insurance.
