We have now been doing Pilates for over two months and love it! We have dragged our husbands along too so that we all benefit from the class. Caroline our instructor is great, encourages and gives good instruction making the session intense but fun! Come and join us!

Really enjoyed our taster session with Caroline and am looking forward to coming back for more. Can see how beneficial it could be. Clear and professional instruction in a lovely, airy, relaxed space.

Not exercised for years. Would recommend the tower classes to everyone. Actually look forward to going and Caroline is just the best. I know some people think it's expensive but it's worth every penny.

Just had my first 1-1 with Caroline - excellent ! Have very high hopes that my back problems will be a thing of the past with her help �

I'm new to Pilates, and I've been thoroughly enjoying it. I go to Carolines class and she's a fantastic instructor, very patient but making sure I'm pushing myself. It's proving a great workout and I can feel myself getting stronger, I'd really recommend it!

I have been going to Caroline's mat class for a while and always find it an excellent work out. Last night was an introduction to the reformer towers which were a whole new challenge! I am looking forward to next weeks class already :)

Had my first class this week and really enjoyed it! The studio is well equipped and Caroline is a great teacher who put me totally at ease, despite being a beginner. Will definitely be going back!

First visit and the lovely Emma - Jane looked after me. Really impressed with the cleanliness and overall calmness of the place! First impressions were fab! Thank you!

Fantastic lesson with Caroline last night on the reformer. Tried loads of new exercises and now feel super stretched - loved it x
