Cold soldered joints on this charge port! Make sure you take your devices to s company who can solder properly and this will never happen.

Ps4 hdmi port previously repaired by large repair company. Hdmi fell completely out causing more damage to adjacent components.

Took my apple I phone 7 plus in to this store to get it fixed. Fast and friendly service and fixed within an hour. I previously took it to apple who wanted to charge me £350 for the same service and said it would take two weeks. I cannot recommend this store enough to anyone who needs a phone repair, a☆ service

Took my Moto G4 in yesterday afternoon. Already fixed and ready for collection. Thanks Guys.

Today was the second time I used fallen apples, really didn't think one of the iPads was repairable this time however, both repaired very quickly and professionally.

Also got tempered glass put on both and my phone which the guy fitted and new in car charger, got the wrong one went straight back and swapped it over no hassle.

This man is a phone genius! Used him several times now and each time has been quick, reliable and a great price. This time my phone(used for my business) totally smashed and unusable so I popped straight to Fallen Apples just after 5pm and I walked out of there with a fixed phone before closing! These guys just do the job! Faultless service and friendly with it... Had trackpad issues with macbook and then broke screen on my iphone all in a week. Nothing a problem for them. Cettainly won't be going anywhere else for Apple product issues. Good job, yoi're doing great!

Rang this morning because my wife’s iPhone had water damage. By lunchtime I had the phone back, with water damage fixed and damaged screen replaced. Outstanding service.

Fallen Apples have saved my iPhone twice in the last month. Once for a smashed screen and once for water damage after it was dropped down the loo 😱 Both times they were brilliant, fitted me in straight away and repaired on the spot. I was surprised how much cheaper they were compared to prices I had been given in Winchester. Really nice guys too. Thanks Fallen Apples. Glad you were recommended to me!

Excellent service!! Had two screens replaced and everything was thoroughly explain on what and why things were working and were not working. I would recommend coming in for a repair to anyone with a broken screen, phone that got dunked in water or anything else Mac related.
