We visited here today. Fantastic service and great food. A super massive shout out to sophie who made our day extra special. You lady are amazing and a credit to the business. Because of you we will come again and again! Thank you �

We can highly recommend the ‘pirate party’ package! A warm welcome from Dan the pirate & his team, nothing was too much trouble, with over an hour in the cleanest soft play I have ever seen & party food & cake in the private party room our band of pirates & princesses had a fabulous time...we will definitely be back!! Thank you everyone for a superb experience!!

We ate at the sunset bar this evening food was lovely staff were so nice nothing was to much and the kids played in the soft play area afterwards the outside balcony is lovely to just sit and chill...defo a hidden gem � will definitely be going back �

This place is fab, love to play the 2p machines and a few games of bowls, the staff are friendly as well

Spent a good 3 hours here with my grandchildren. My grandson is 8 and has special needs and granddaughter is 2. The 3 hour wristband was way too long for him. We were allowed to purchase an hour and half for him which was just right. I was also able to accompany him for no extra charge. The man in charge could not have been any more helpful . Thankyou. He loved it so much we will definitely be back!!!

Recently had my daughters 4th birthday party here, it was fantastic! The party was so well organised, Elsa and Anna looked after the party guests all the time we were there - played with them in the soft play, helped with food, played party games and escorted them on the outdoor rides. We even had a visit from Olaf too. The soft play is brilliant, and is supervised so no worries about kids running in and out. For the parents it is a stress free party where you can just enjoy watching the kids have an amazing time! The cafe was great and all the staff are so polite and helpful. Great value for money. Definitely recommend for parties!

Our son had his 3rd birthday party here today, him and his friends and family had the best day with an excellent pirate host! Highly reccomended a party here, great value and great for various ages! Thankyou sooooo much for making a little mans day perfect ��

My little boy had hes 5th birthday party here (24/06/17), and i couldn't fault it one bit, Dan the pirate party host was AMAZING, he got all of the 18 children involved and they had a super time playing games, having there food listening to music and you even get a cake included in the price!! So worth every penny and would recommend to any one who wants a stress free party!!

My daughter had her party here at the weekend, we can’t recommend it enough! Everyone had a fantastic time. Pirate Dan was great with the kids, they absolutely loved him.

Couldn’t of asked for anything more, all the team were fantastic from booking to the actual day. Well worth every penny for a totally stress free fun day!

Had my granddaughters 6th Birthday party here a week ago. I have to say that it was brilliant! The children were entertained for 3 hours & had a fantastic time! Can’t praise the staff enough! The adults enjoyed it too! Thoroughly recommend this venue. Thank you

Everything taken care of, and the kids had a fantastic time, soft play, party games, food and fairground rides! Even get a photo to take home! Thoroughly recommend for a stress free fun party!

Cannot thank you enough for tonight - we were 10 Mum's with 14 kids celebrating the end of Primary school and last minute let down by where we were going - I called Fantasy Island an hour before we were due to arrive and they were absolutely amazing, did us all dinner and a deal for the Amusements. Everyone had a fantastic meal in the Restaurant and a great time at the Park - everyone was impressed - you looked after us all so well the kids absolutely loved it - especially the Ghost Train which they are still talking about !! Thank you all - I am a huge fan have been coming every summer for years - I'm sure all the families who came tonight will be back too - A Huge thank you to the Restaurant staff who served us fantastic food and drinks and were so nice - I HIGHLY recommend

Came for breakfast here one morning a couple of weeks ago. Paid £20 for 2 adult breakfasts, A child one and our drinks. We were able to sit outside enjoying the beautiful view as the weather was lovely, but the restaurant itself looked great and was very clean. The breakfast was all you can eat buffet style so you can just help yourselves. Excellent breakfast, everything was cooked well and was of good quality. The waitress was lovely and looked after us well. All In all we would defiantly visit again when we are at Bowleaze, a real gem!

Brilliant for young kids. Ours is 2 and a half (and crazy) and she had a ball. We did the wristband offer today, well worth it. As it was quiet she pretty much had her own personal team of staff! They couldnt be friendlier, all of them were fantastic (honestly) though one in particular was amazing with our daughter, don't know his name, he was a young lad with tunnel earrings. Fab afternoon x

Love The Carvery here only thing that lets it down is the noise of the children's parties ,we went last sunday and we couldn't talk as so much noise,why did they not put a separate opening for the parties. Also The waitress clear the tables far to soon, its like they are watching us waiting for us to finish....

Not what I was expecting. A lot of the rides were too young or too small for my 9 year old. Luckily we only paid for 1 1/2 hour wristband. Won’t be returning.

Very disappointing! We went to see Father Christmas as we had in previous years, however, this year we were told no photos with Father Christmas were allowed as you had to buy one for £4.99 if you wanted one. So after paying £6.99 to go in and get a rubbish 99p shop toy that was far to young for our children, we had to pay extra if we wanted a photo of our children. Then we went to the Cafe where the staff (as always) were very polite and couldn't do enough to help but it was freezing cold in there and we couldn't take our babies coat off her.



It's a shame as we've always liked it here previously and visit frequently but the Santa rip off has seriously put me off now. Very good way to put your local loyal customers off.
