Brilliant service and brilliant food!!!!

We ordered via the app which is naff as you cant choose what salad you want and then had to call up to ammend the order and the lady hung up on me while i was mid sentace 'yeah ok, bye'. when the order came the delivery driver counted out the change in his palm and as he turned his hand over to drop the change he kept the pound coin in his finger and thumb and tried to hide it. (say he does this to each house he delivers to, thats alot of extra cash) burger was tasteless, bland and fatty.

We ordered 2 kebabs at 9:30 tonight (Tuesday) and it's still not arrived. They said it would be here by 10:30 which already seems excessive and after calling them twice it is now nearly 10:55 and no kebabs to be seen. I'm absolutely livid. Why would they be this busy on a Tuesday evening? I've now lost my appetite because it's so late! And it's bound to be cold when it arrived. Really pissed off with this service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The food was alright although the chips were a bit too crunchy. We had to phone up at the 45 minute mark only for them to say it's "on it's way" but still took 15 more minutes to get here, the store is only 6 minutes away and could've walked to McDonald's and eaten in that time. Also had to phone up again because they forgot the drinks that was in the meal deal.

Terrible service. 2 hours wait, told 20 mins more, then they canclled my order. Lying scum.

Terrible customer so called service. Utterly dreadful and patronising. Like the food but shall not use again. Guy that delivered was miserable as sin. Then again can't blame him.

Ordered from their website, forgot drinks included in the kids meals plus got one kids order wrong which meant he had no tea, said would replace. That was around 7pm, it's now 11pm still nothing. Shame as foods quite nice.

Not sure what has happened to this place! Used to use it regularly and it was good. Now the food is always late, yet again they got our order wrong and missed bits off! Didn’t bother calling as last time we did all we got was ‘well what do you expect us to do about it’ attitude!!
