CETC is an award-winning training facility, delivering technical and professional qualifications. You will develop skills in key aspects of the construction industry including laying foundations, mixing and pouring concrete, laying drainage, installing edgings, kerbs, paving slabs and block paving, perfecting concrete finishes, practising brickwork techniques and installing steel fixings, using surveying and levelling equipment, as well as driving forward-tipping dumpers and ride-on rollers. As the academic year comes to an end our departing Media Production students recently celebrated their student projects in the fourth annual Fareham College Film Festival. Highlights included a Marvel-themed cinematic trailer expertly edited by Freddie Hunt, our talented Media and Performing Arts Technician. We wish them all the best in their future careers.

Salon 141 at Fareham College is looking for highly motivated, self-employed beauty therapists to join our salon on a profit share basis. This is the perfect opportunity to expand your client base in a fully equipped, established salon whilst being your own boss. Salon 141 at Fareham College is in close proximity to rail and bus links and has onsite parking available on a first come first served basis. Ideally we are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join Salon 141 on Fridays ...and Saturdays.
Salon 141 will provide all products, utilities and beauty space in return for a 50% of all earnings, after the deduction of 20% VAT.

Our Performing Arts students recently attended a Dance Experience Day at Winchester University.
Students took part in dynamic technique classes, improvisation, creative work and physical theatre led by highly experienced professionals. They also had the opportunity to hear what it’s like to be a dance student at the University of Winchester from students currently on the course - an ideal progression opportunity for pursuing dance at a higher education level!

What a night! The 2019 Annual Awards were a true celebration of our incredible student successes. Each year, this event puts the spotlight on a small handful of people learning with us, to acknowledge the challenges that have been overcome, the progress that's they've made, and the sheer excellence they've demonstrated throughout the college year.
Massive congratulations to all the award winners and a huge thank you to the awesome musicians, actors and entertainers for their performances throughout the evening!
