Visited fareham osteopathic centre today to see Cain for my back, can't thank you enough for how much better I feel and felt immediately, been suffering for 6 months with back and neck pain, I felt totally relaxed and comfortable great service. Thank you again.

My neck has been blocked up for two years now. Mostly to the point I could not turn my head left or right and was probably unsafe to operate a car. The pain was enormous everyday. I had been to other osteos, chiropractors, physio, GP, acupuncturist, massage no one could move my neck. On the off chance I decided to try CAIN SEDGWICK at Fareham Osteopathic Centre because it is close to where I live and I was desperate. HE IS AMAZING! I am not entirely sure how he did it but he actually straightened my neck in a couple of moves and made it look easy. I am truly utterly grateful and I feel great today. I will be going back on the regular from now on.

I’ve suffered a great deal with my back and with headaches since having my baby. Cain has been amazing at helping with the pain and allowing me to walk further than before. Couldn’t recommend him more!
