We know you like to tire your pups out before bringing them for a groom, however....
As the temperature is rising we would prefer your dog to be safe rather than tired.
... We would love it if you could try and keep youвАЩre dog cool prior to their groom.
Cooling your car before setting off and refraining from walks would really help with this.
Our salon is fitted with air con however, if we feel your dog is struggling on arrival we will politely ask to rearrange your appointment to another day in best interests of your pooch.

This is Jack the Cockapoo who came in for his full groom with Janine our salon manager. His mum upgraded him to a VIP spa as well so heвАЩs had a real pamper!! Jack didnвАЩt like the high velocity dryer very much and in fact he tried to kill it рЯШВрЯШВрЯШВ so we used a more gentle stand dryer instead. We ALWAYS put the dog first!
