Lyndsey Hookway - IBCLC lactation consultant and gentle sleep coach offering bespoke no cry sleep and behaviour solutions for families with 0-6 year olds. Tired of being tired??! Need breastfeeding support? I offer calm and compassionate, evidence based support and information that is age and developmentally appropriate.

I offer individual consultations by phone, Skype, FaceTime, or in your own home. I do not charge extra for twins or siblings. You will have a one-to-one chat with me, then receive an individualised plan and my unlimited follow up for 4-8 weeks.

I never use methods which require your child to cry, and I promote parenting which is attachment driven and developmentally appropriate.

I work with families to help them achieve their personal sleep goals. If you want to carry on co-sleeping but not feed all night - great! If you're after longer naps, or want to help your toddler settle by themselves - brilliant!
