You need to visit this establishment people...!!! The best fish n chip shop I have had the pleasure to frequent. We drive half an hour for the pleasure of succulent fish and superb chips fried in beef dripping. Do not miss it if you are visiting Felixstowe or surrounding area. We can't stay away for more than a week...!!! Staff great too... Well done... Oh and it's ranked 5th in the UK... god only knows what 1 to 4 are like...!!! See you soon...

We ordered the small cod and chips because it was lunchtime and we just fancied something not too big. Boy am I glad we did, the portion was just enough and it was beyond delicious. And looking at the size of the "regular haddock" I reckon you would need two tables for a large.

Visited with my kids during Easter holidays and had the best fish and chips we’d ever tasted! Staff very helpful especially catering for a fussy eater! Highly recommend.

Visited today with my son, very busy but seated straight away. Service was quick and food perfectly cooked, even took the skin off my cod for me � would defo recommend and will be returning!

Myself and some friends came here for lunch this week including 3 buggy’s and 2 toddlers. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, getting the buggy’s up the stairs and making sure we had enough space for us all. Food was amazing too �

My favourite fish and chips place in Felixstowe. Excellent customer service, short waiting times and most importantly, very delicious fish and chips!

Had seen good reviews on TripAdvisor so decided to try it. Had earlier found the three options for fish and chips at Felixstowe Ferry either stopped selling food mid afternoon or weren't very hospitable. The reviews for Fish Dish were correct. Firstly brilliant friendly service with a smile and welcome and best Haddock and Chips I've ever had. Not always a fan but takeaway chip shop food is not always up to scratch so you just hesitate. Also came with slice of proper bread. Can't fault it especially when they cleaned the tables. They even did the edges. As we ran a 5 star catering business you notice these things. Well done.. Definitely worth a try. Cool music. Mens loo needs a bit of a fix but you don't eat you're dinner in there. MP

Amazing fish & chip lunch today,superb food and service...the young chap who served us (had a red neckerchief and couple of earrings) is a credit to you...fantastic meal !!!

All I can say is wow!!! The customer service was outstanding, the restaurant was amazingly clean and tidy and the fish and chips was perfect! I don't normally compliment people personally but felt like I had to on this occasion as the staff went above and beyond good customer service. I will definitely return to this gem :)

A group of 4 had a lovely meal. The fish is all fresh, crispy batter and chips which tasted amazing cooked in beef dripping. Would highly recommend, worth the wait on a busy Friday night. 👍🏻

Great meal fish was excellent but why the do we have to have someone watching over us when having our meal we ask the lady to go then she came back after 45 mins ? I know we are from Australia but we are not thieves !! Did spoil our great meal as they say please explain thank you Nigel

The chips were cooked to a nice finish and the sausage was ok. I was shocked by the way an older female member of staff spoke to customers in a rude way while queuing for take away. It also took 22 mins to get my food from order time. I personally won't be going there again

Over priced, not the best fish and chips I’ve had and service was not overly tentative seeing as how long we had to wait for our food ... was expecting great things given the reviews but the food was around average and a little disappointing

The menu says "cooked in beef dripping" and when I asked the waitress what this applies to, she said "everything." So in 2018 this place doesn't cater for vegetarians or vegans in any shape or form. Had to walk out as I couldn't eat there. In this day and age that is shocking
