Here at FITCamp I can offer you 1-2-1 Personal Training, Buddy Sessions and Small Group Fitness sessions designed to help you lose weight and keep fit for life. 'You are what you eat! ' Have you ever heard this expression? We may not be able to take it literally, but this saying does contain a lot of truth. You can make some changes to what you eat and drink and by doing this and some exercise make huge changes to your body and your life. Week 6 HOMEWORK. Well done to those that could join in Wednesday. We went straight to workout 3. Do this again if you can or choose 1 & 2. Workout 1: 5 mins brisk walk , 5 mins run,3 walk, 8 mins run, 3 min walk, 5 mins run.
Workout 2. 5 min brisk walk, 10 min Run, 3 min walk, 10 min run.
