Welcome to Fitin30 gym, Barnstaple's Womens Health and Fitness Centre in Barnstaple, North Devon (formally Go30 Ladies Fitness and Wellness Centre). At Fitin30 gym you`ll discover a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We are a women-only facility, close to the town centre, offering personalised, 30 min exercise programmes. Our superb customer service delivers significant figure-changing results and health benefits to ordinary women from 16 to 70 + . We have a range of fun, effective classes, nutritional advice as well as Yoga, Pilates and Reiki. Please contact us if you`d like to find out more.
The aim is to make exercise more accessible for women who, for various reasons, have avoided the more traditional style of gym.
Through programs devised by fully qualified female Instructors, the members will need just 30 minutes, three times a week to achieve the results that they want. With regular re-assessments, this `Progressive Results System’ means that instructors can support members so that they can follow their personal programs using high-quality, easy to use, air-resistant equipment. On arrival, members can begin their session straight away and instructors are on hand at all times to give advice.

#fitin30gym Lots of talk about Obesity, apparently it's now 1 in 4! Do you know if you are? A simple check, get a piece of string the same length as you body, fold it in half and your waist should be smaller than the string.

Since joining Fitin30 my life has changed for the better . I am happier and more motivated . I am much more confident . The ladies there are friendly and welcoming. Lost 8 and a half inches
Just had my second assessment at GO30 and am so pleased with my results! Thank you to all the trainers for the support and motivation and a special thank you to Emma. Join, you will not regret it!!
I would recommend anyone who wants to exercise, but is a little apprehensive of a gym, to join GO30. I never thought I would join a gym but GO30 is so much more - it is a very gentle introduction building up as you become fitter and it is so friendly it makes exercise fun with someone always on hand to help.
I don't feel silly if I cannot do something and it has certainly helped me to be confident to 'have a go' at something I would never have dreamed of doing.
I visited some local gyms recently, wanting to find somewhere to help get my body in shape this winter and none did I feel comfortable in, until I stepped into GO30, without exception the staff are well trained, knowledgeable in their field and passionate and efficient in their delivery and encouragement to your individual training program, helping each person wishing to improve their fitness and health. No mirrors or posers, just real women taking care of themselves and supporting one another. Highly recommended

I heard of fitin30 after I finished race of life 2017 I was given leaflet for week trial free, I really wanted to do it I had already been thinking of joining a gym as I wanted to lose some extra weight and get fitter. I have really loved my three taster sessions, I have already felt a difference, staff friendly and helpful everyone really nice, great atmosphere. Really looking forward to setting up my membership next.
Great gym great staff and it works
GO30 has changed my life. I started off doing the 90 day trial & in 3 months I have lost 26 1/2 inches all over & lost more weight. I have now lost a total of 4 stone & aim to keep it off. All the girls are lovely - thanks Bex, Emma & Caitlin for keeping me on the right track.
Fitin30 is a great ladies only gym everybody is very friendly and helpful and it's the best decision I made lost 27 inches in a year feel great and I've made new friends as well nothing is to much trouble the staff are amazing
Fitin30 is a fab gym I've been coming for 20 months now and it was the best decision I've made all the fitness instructors are amazing and everyone is lovely it's a great way to get fit feel comfortable as it's only women and make new friends.
I love coming here and I've had great results since I've started I strongly recommend joining here it's fantastic and I'm now a lover of the gym!!!
Amazing gym in Barnstaple, with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Wendy and the instructors make sure that the programme you are doing is right for you and will really push you in order to see that you get the best results you are looking for. I have been using the gym for a month now and am starting to feel better about myself every day thanks to the lovely lot here at Go30. Thank you ladies.
Absolutely adore go30 ... Fab instructors , nothing is too much trouble !! Been a member since october and can honestly say its one of the best decisions i ever made ! Would definately recommend to friends .
