An interesting read this morning, I am surprised by the swing to avoid icing in acute management. From experience I know it can slow healing but that always seems to be out weighed by the analgesic effects.

Happy International Women’s Day!
I have used today to celebrate and reflect on the last few months. It was a huge decision for me to throw myself into Flexible Physio as a 100% self employed endeavour. Quite honestly it was not a comfortable decision for the first couple of months. Blinking terrifying actually. But I’ve got through it and Flexible Physio just keeps growing and I am so proud I took that plunge.
It may not be a decision to work for yourself, but stand up and make big decisions. If you work hard at them they pay off. That goes for everybody, no matter what your gender.
