Follow My Lead is a local business working in Gloucestershire providing activities to people of all ages. Our aim is to encourage people to be active and enjoy it! Whether its running around throwing a frisbee, kicking a futsal, Nordic Walking at Robinswood Hill or an adventurous bike ride then we have the activities just for you. Our coaches have the experience and tools to deliver an interactive, engaging, safe but most importantly a fun session.

We have worked in a variety of settings with a diverse range of participants and as a result we have the experience to tailor sessions to meet your needs. If there is anything you would like delivering and are not sure, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Why do we do it? Our coaches love being active and after too long working in an office, we thought we would go out and inspire others to get out and get active!
