Went in, broken iPhone screen and touch issues. All fixed within 30 mins. Fantastic customer service from all behind the counter! Cheapest place I've found too and I've broke my phone 6 times this year!!! Will definitely be returning when I drop this one!

This shop really had me worried at first,but having been in 3 or 4 times browsing I decided too buy an I phone 5s.wow guys the time you took choosing the correct phone for me I was delighted.So much so I took a work mate in and he bought an iPhone,cheers fone revive and keep up the good work

Smashed my screen today at about 3.45, rushed around phoning lots of different places who could do it on a Saturday evening, called this place and he said just pop in an I will do it while you wait! So relived! Such a nice man that done my phone, so pleased! Thank you so much! X

And I now have a very happy 12 yr old thank u so much.. went today with my sons phone this time to get his screen fixed on his iphone6 thank u stuart.. and the other lad but hes dropped it on carpet and its smashed.. so coming back..

Always stick to this shop, cheap and good service and the staff are brilliant. Brought a new phone today and he fitted a screen protector, put my sim in and the phone cases are so pretty. Only problem was he touched my brand new phone before me ’┐Į’┐Į thank you guys ’┐Į’ĖÅ

Went in to get my phone fixed, paid for it. When I took it back the same day to to tell him the phone was the same as when I took it in I got a load of abuse from the man who fixes the phone and from the crusty fat girl who sits behind the computer because they didn't want to give me a refund or fix the phone. The shop and the people that work in it is a joke.

Totally avoid this shop!!

I made the mistake of paying for a screen replacement which you'd think was a basic job for a shop called Fone revive. WRONG... Not only did my cameras no longer work but they'd also put and left a wrong sized screw inside the screen which almost pushed through the front.

After realising the cameras didn't work I went back to the shop and explained the issue to the owner of the shop and pointed out that the cameras work perfectly before the screen replacement.

At this point you'd think he'd suggest at the very least taking a look inside the phone or trying to help in some way.. Wrong again!

Instead he started giving as many excuses as he could for this to of happened including "a delayed reaction" from when the screen got cracked.. I did explain the screen was cracked 3 months prior to the screen replacement and had continued to work without issue.

It became very clear this guy is just out to rip people off since he wouldn't even do some basic checks and continued to make excuses. He even went as far as offering me a new phone on contract with them which was shocking service..

After wasting 30 minutes of trying to to get help from him he then suggested they could fix the problem but I would have to pay an extra ┬Ż45.

Basically I was being conned.. at that point I left the shop and will never go back.

I continue to tell as many people as possible to avoid that shop.

Once he got the phone back, you could see a green tint to the screen, sharp edges on the glass, the microphone doesn't work now, as well as the original fault of the charger port not working. Went back to show them and they just aren't interested at all. ┬Ż120 wasted. Would not issue a receipt and wouldn't allow him to pay card. Must be using cheap aftermarket parts and selling them for top money.



Go to gadget doctor a few doors down, at least you'll have a guarantee.

Paid for my phone to be unlocked to any network. It has been 5 weeks now, still not unlocked. I have paid for a service, which I haven't received. I phone, when answered, they are very quick to get me off the phone.I am disappointed.

Made a mistake of taking my laptop in to be repaired they completely ruined it. Removed the hard drive and all the data replaced windows with Windows ultimate ?. They gave me most of my money back but left me with a useless PC. Had to buy a new one.

I would never recommend this shop.. Took my phone in for new screen and battery. Ended up with a phone that doesn't work or even switch on!! ┬Ż65 out of pocket. Went in for a refund which they refused. Rude staff and very unhelpful... Happy to take your money but don't expect to get a good service.
