Hello to all. I am Qualified, Insured Sports Injury, Remedial, Soft Tissue Massage Therapist and Swedish Massage Therapist, I am happy to help you.

Each of us is different and we all have different problems: Injuries from either sport, or every day life and that could be strains, sprains, overuse syndrome, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, muscle tear of any grade, knee or foot problems I can go on. I am here to assess, treat and advice also to improve your pain and discomfort.
I believe that every person should have regular massages, to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle, free from aches, pains and stress, creating supply, strong muscles.
I also specialize in treating people who are involved with horses, because equine people work physically hard for their horses and they don't get the treat of a massage, which they desperately need. I have seen a lot of horse riders work hard, harm and hurt themselves and still continue to work, hay I am one of them.
With my page every week or once a fortnight I will be talking about an injury, I will strongly say this is purely research and to keep me revising, nothing to do with any client due to client confidentiality and Code of Ethics of general massage.
