CRAZY AND WILD TO PERFECTLY STYLED
Complete transformation created in the salon by our senior stylist Yazmine, this transformation was created in only one single appointment. As you can see the starting colour was VERY banded with a lot of red in the hair, Yazmine decided to try and neutralise as much of her clients hair as possible giving her a very soft multi-tonal blend. Keeping this super low maintenance and easy to keep up with as this client has traveled over 7hours to have her done with Yazmine at the salon 💕

Yazmine completely transformed her clients hair by creating a gorgeous iced white blonde balayage, she created this look using free hand painting techniques. What a fabulous day I have had and thank goodness that, at last, Plymouth has a place such as this! Stunningly designed FHR is immaculately clean and the staff have an eye for the detail of this. The staff are welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. The shampoo and head massage is the best ever (it drives me mad when they leave the back of your neck or give you a quick token massage but call it a head massage but not at FHR- it was luxurious). Thank you for an indulgent treat of a day. I � my new hair thanks to Lorena. Cant wait to come back. X

Went to Fox House for the first time today for hd brows as the lady I previously went with had left her job. Nancy did my brows for me and I have never been more happy. I’ve never had a treatment with such attention to detail and perfection before. She was so kind and equally as beautiful - as was Fox House! The decor is to die for (Carla has good taste - amazing!) It was a total pleasure being there today, can’t wait to go back monthly for my brows and more �

Went to Chloe today and she done an amazing job of starting the process of getting my over dyed dark brown/red hair from shop bought box dyes over 5 years use to a light blonde balayage. It Blended lovely and will be returning for another cut and freshen up in a couple weeks, Very professional and friendly salon. I left with shiny thick locks, highly recommend, Chloe is very talented and knows what she is doing which filled me with confidence too.

Went for a full head of highlights today with Hannah @ FHR with the world's worst hangover and was looked after like an absolute princess! So I just wanted to say a massive Thank you to Hannah for the tablets & Carla for providing the chewing gum! Safe to say I'm now on the road to recovery with no more roots! Amazing salon & stylists �

My daughter and I have just had our hair done by Charlotte at the new St Mellion branch.... Charlotte really understands curly hair and did a fantastic cut on us both, with the addition of a bayalage on my hair. We're both thrilled with the results and would highly recommend. Plus, the new salon is stunning with very relaxing views of the countryside - fabulous! �

Massive thank you too the talented Chloe for always putting 100% effort into every hairstyle for me. She is the best hairdresser I have had so far and I would recommend her too everyone. A few months ago I was a horrible ginger colour from trying to dye my hair from red to blonde myself and she managed to correct it and sort it out into a blonde colour that I couldn't of got elsewhere, now today she altered the blonde and added a style. She knows what she is doing and has so much experience behind her and because of this I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone but her. Also, the place where she is based is lovely, warm and welcoming.

I've had my hair done for years in different salons and never been 100% happy with the outcome, but I can honestly say I'm in love with my new hair and I couldn't say one wrong word about the salon and the staff you are all so talented and lovely people! Highly recommend Chloe as she transformed my dull hair into the most amazing ice blonde just in one sitting! Defiantly recommend to everybody xxx

I can’t thank Daisy enough for my acrylics with shellac on top. She took such pride every step of the way and I can honestly say they are the best nails I’ve ever had. Everything about them.. I’m OBSESSED! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, I literally felt like I was in London! Such a lovely experience I can’t wait to go back �

I always have my hair done by chloe and I always love the results! I recently also had hair extensions fitted by chloe and I’ve had nothing but compliments on how amazing and natural they look! Everyone’s warm and friendly and nothing’s ever too much trouble, would definitely recommend this salon!

The end result left me beaming and had so many nice comments on how nice it is now. Had my consultation last Saturday with Charlotte and it was my first time at the salon and also meeting her. As always, I was a little nervous but her and all the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I told her the change I would've liked to have and left it in her hands! I could never trust anybody else apart from her and I couldn't recommend anybody else enough. As you know, myself nor Jonathan have social media so I am currently using Reena's (my sister in law) Facebook to write this. I am writing this review for myself but also on behalf of my bridal party who had there hair and make up done on my wedding day at Polhawn Fort. I personally wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for making my hair and make up experience before the wedding so enjoyable. You have some amazing hair and make up stylist's working for the company and especially Milly, Lauren and Nancy (there was another hair stylist I am so sorry haven't her name) - you are true assets to the company. I am not one to wear a lot of make up nor get my hair done a lot. I find the experience normally daunting however you guys created an image for me I always wanted on my wedding day. You listened to me and you went above and beyond to ensure my little nieces, sisters and my mom had the same. From the consultation in Plymouth all the way to you guys travelling to Polhawn Fort on the wedding day itself - you kept in touch every step of the way. Aside all of that, you are lovely people. First time at the salon today , greeted and treated by Charlotte. She made me feel relaxed and I came away very pleased with my hair and feeling a lot prettier . Charlotte clearly knew her stuff regarding hair health , shape, thickness , body and what suited me . I was very impressed with her knowledge and skills.

First time I have been here, it was bought as a treat for my mother in law, myself and sister in law, what can I say, the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome, everyone was amazing, the three of us had a massage, hair done, then makeup, sorry I’m hopeless with names, all incredible, having a head massage done while having my hair washed, well there are no words, other than amazing, I’m sure I speak for mum in law & sister in law as well, they had back massages, I had a facial(and drifted off) all our makeup and hairs were just lovely, my mother in law don’t wear makeup but she had it done and it was just beautiful, we all loved it, left there feeling a million dollars, the whole team should be so proud. Would I go back, yes I would, I’ll get my hubby on the case for future presents, lol. Thankyou Fox House Retreat

Been here for eyebrows with Nancy, massage and waxing with pao, and 2 hair ups/blowdry with alex and Hannah and also a pedicure (so I've been here a lot) and I've never been disappointed! They are all brilliant and the service is fab! It really is a great place to go and I would trust them explicitly! Thank you guys xx

Been getting lashes done with Olivia for over a year now and honestly cannot fault them at all. Love my lashes every time I get them done, and such good quality. The environment in the salon is lush as well. Cannot recommend them enough! Loveeeee
