Following the news that online estate agency Emoov has gone into administration, Foxes have pledged to help homeowners get their property sale back on track as soon as possible.
Sellers will no doubt be very concerned to have each paid around a thousand pounds upfront to Emoov to sell their property with no certainty of that happening.
... However, Foxes have pledged to arrange the immediate re-marketing of their property and will reimburse homeowners any fees paid to Emoov on completion of their sale with us. At Foxes, we always work on a no sale - no fee basis, so there are no fees payable unless your sale completes.
