Another great review on a deep tissue massage. Deep tissue massages are great for lower back pain, releasing tension in stiff neck, sore shoulders, upper back and loosening tight muscles in the arms and legs. A couple of sessions may be needed as it's often difficult to penetrate the deep layers of muscle and soft tissue in the first session, but i always try my best.
