I am a Fully Qualified Breathwork practitioner, practicing private and group sessions in and around Bournemouth area. I am passionate about connecting with the Inner Self through Conscious Breath. I have been in the field of self development through Breath for the last 4 years, and my life has changed incredibly since then. I love to share my passion with my clients and guide them to find the power of their own Breath.

I've trained with Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray, the mother and the father of Rebirthing as well as the Master Rebirther Katia Boustani and my training extends to every day of my life.

What is Rebirthing / Breathwork:
Rebirthing is a simple, gentle yet powerful conscious breathing technique.
It brings into awareness not only our unconsciously held beliefs and emotions but also the relationships we have with our bodies, ourselves, our intimates and our world. When we consciously breathe with this awareness, we make it possible to resolve, integrate and heal previously unresolved issues within ourselves. This frees up energy, bringing greater aliveness and joy and allowing us to move towards fulfillment of our potential as human beings.
