We start 2019 with all the lessons we learned from a previously wonderful year .... This week we prepare our soil to make way for spring produce .
For those who are not aware , our veg if not home grown is mostly locally grown. We support our own fine growers here in Carmarthenshire and are absolutely fair trade . ... This means our farmers get exactly half of our trade ... Our miles are low, our produce is fresh , our community is enriched by the support of our customers and we thank you all for being a part of this journey .

We are completely overwhelmed by the amount of cards , gifts and well wishes we have received over the passed 6 weeks ... we thank you so much .
... You will be happy to know that a very proud dad is back on the stalls after some special time with his son .... Mam however is an exhausted pigeon.
Our staff have been incredible , we couldn't have done this as easily without their fabulous work and people skills .
