after many years of not going to dentist i had to take the plunge and am so happy i did,cant recommend Devina enough :)

I've never liked the dentist since a child but everyone is so helpful and friendly we're going to miss Helen she so very kind and gentle good luck Helen in your New adventure.

Absolutely fantastic practice. Very clean, and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend ! X

The single most incompetent dental practice I have ever encountered. After being in pain I called for an appointment, only to be met with an incredibly rude receptionist. This should have been my first red flag but I stupidly continued with them. With my initial appointment the dentist said he didn't know what could be causing the pain, but 'take these antibiotics and see how you get on'. I did just that, with no advice on what to do about the pain in the mean time, or how to take the tablets. A week after the pain was worse so I called for an emergency appointment. I was continually refused this as my 'designated dentist' was off for the day - completely ignoring their duty of care. Only after a couple of frustrated phone calls was this appointment given. When I arrived the dentist I was given acted incredibly rude and put out that he had to see me. But this is where it really gets ridiculous- after having an x ray taken the previous week this dentist decided to x ray me again, first on the wrong side of my face then only after mentioning this to him did he do his job correctly. Yay- extra radiation! He also palmed me off with another course of anti biotics saying the pain could be caused by many things but rather than do any actual dentistry he just prescribed me another course of pointless anti biotics. After seeing my allergy to penicillin I was asked 'how allergic I was' like he was seriously considering prescribing me with it! When I finally found a competent dentist elsewhere this practice then refused to hand over my dental records, and as my treatment was urgently needed the new dentist was forced to x ray me once more. Only after repeated requests and directly from the new dental practice did they finally hand over my own records. I could not be more shocked at the way genix handled every aspect of my situation, but it appears that if you are not a private member of theirs they have no interest in doing any dental work on you. Steer well clear!!
