We had a birthday party in captain Jack's bar last night , it was 5 star the food was amazing the staff fantastic they couldn't of helped enough. I highly recommend for any occasion thank you to the organiser she was brilliant

Costs £1 to get into the pier which is a bit unfair considering the plan is to spend money whilst inside without much free stuff to do.

However once inside, there is a large amount of stuff available from 2-penny machines to go-cart racing and laser dodging. Everything inside seems reasonable value for money especially the passes which are available. Highly recommend day out for anyone

Took my little one to the soft play, prefer it during the week as quiet. Great play to let them burn off that energy and get some great fun in. Toilets inside the seating area. Cafe also attached. Will definitely go again.

Lovely view from the pier. You will have to pay £1 to walk to the end but I dont mind that when it's for the up keep of the pier.
Lots of arcades at the end with plenty to keep the kids asking for just another £1. More arcades upstairs along with the over 18 arcades machines and a large shop selling rock and the like. Worth a visit on a nice sunny day. :)

Staff are absolutely miserable. Not a single smile or welcome from any of them. Clearly hate their jobs. They were so unhelpful that it ruined the visit. Paid for all day bands to get all on the rides. Half were shut.
No apologies, no explanation. Just shut.

We love bringing my daughter and her friends here. Buy the unlimited wrist band and they can have hours of fun.

What you see is what you get. Good choice of seaside food here, fresh and well prepared. Everyone is friendly. Selection of rides, lots of slots. Great views out to sea and of Weston sea front.

User

Good idea to be inside. Can use in any weather. Good choice of arcades and rides to suit all ages. Good bar and fish and chip restaurant. The was an ice cream and restaurant at back that we didn't use but looked clean and inviting. Shame you have to pay a £1 every time you want to go on pier

Brilliant place to spend a weekend in. Would need a whole day inside the grand pier to enjoy every game, rides and activities they got. Full day tickets pass is £15 for adults and £7.5 for kids and is absolutely worth it. Certain rides can be enjoyed again and again. The adult go kart is an electric one and is not particularly fast but just fun. The only problem is the long queue that stands for it.

Standard and minimal food options in the pier. But got a lot of lovely ice-cream bar and a lovely drinks bar on the other side.

One of the largest sand beaches such a bliss to spend anytime of the day I stayed to watch the sunset. Not to mention the ferris wheel and the other activities available outside the pier on the beach coast line.

Would love to go again

Great pier which is clean and well maintained, probably from the pound entrance fee charged. It has a theatre, bar, brilliant amusement arcade, fish and chips, ice cream and a pretty good tearoom/restaurant. You can walk to the end of the pier. Toilet facilities at the end of the pier are free and well maintained. I took my elderly parents there and they loved it. The amusement arcade took us back to our youth and we couldn't resist trying some of the games such as the pirates shooting range and the soft toy grab machines.

User

A nice place but they do charge to get on the pier. Also, the rides and arcade machines are expensive on the pier. Lovely views from the pier to Cardiff.

User

Had to pay £1 for each of us to get on the pier! (5 of us) and once u leave you can't get back on! Not allowed to eat your own food on the pier. However very clean and we'll maintained.

User

Well worth the one pound entry fee to get on to the pier. Once paid you have access to cafes and amusements. There are also toilet facilities on both floors of the amusement arcade. Amusements give out tickets that you can spend in the shop.

User

Nice walk to the pier. There is a fee to go on to the pier. If you want to there is a train that operates during busy times.
There are plenty of things to do whilst there.
Lots of amusements. Various eateries.
Some only open during busy times.
There is a lift available to get to the upstairs amenities.
If you are collecting the tickets, the shop is situated upstairs.
Well worth a visit.
